Ordinary Nested At-Rule

An ordinary nested at-rule is also a CSS rule designed specifically for instructing the CSS engine per the aspect of at-rule. However an ordinary nested @rule can be used as an ordinary statement in a style sheet as well as inside of conditional group rules. Therefoe ordinary nested @rules can be used as a specific CSS statement for instructing how the CSS engine to behave accordingly.
